Since August 1, 2006, I've been working here. Initially, I worked for Medi-Caps Institute of Technology and Management (MITM). Before joining, the college had been in existence for 6 years and was in the process of expanding. I was fortunate enough to attend Medi-caps University when it was still in its infancy. When I first started at Medi-Caps University, it was known as the Medi-Caps Group of Institutions because the entire Medi-Caps group was made up of minor Institutions with students from various streams such as engineering, Computer applications, management, and sciences. The goal at hand was to bring all of the streams together into a cohesive unit that would eventually become a university.

I was fortunate to have played a role in achieving that aim, and Medi-Caps went on to become a university in 2016. I played a critical role at the department as well as University level in getting everything done with processes and procedures, which eventually led to the creation of Medi-caps as a university. It was a major success not only in Indore but throughout the country. As it provided students not only from Indore but all regions of the country with a full flourish academic atmosphere.

MCA course will give students an understanding of how to develop better computer applications and software. There are a lot of career opportunities associated with MCA, and students may have great employment options in top IT firms, MNCs, and top consultancy firms. Candidate with high computer skills is in high demand in the IT sector. And MCA graduates will also have many opportunities associated with the government sector. Candidates can crack interviews and get the desired profiles as per their skills and caliber. Candidates can get jobs in areas such as banking, networking, IT companies, desktop publishing, and more. Candidates can work on live projects, entry-level programs, and maintaining software/applications. A candidate seeking options in the teaching profession with an MCA degree is also an option.
